Dyskinesia and Blue Glasses with Blue Lenses

Dyskinesia is a neurological disorder which may be relieved with blue glasses or by looking through a blue plastic sheet. Tardive Dyskinesia may show up after high dose or long term use of antipsychotic drugs.

Tardive Dyskinesia Symptoms

Dyskinesia and Blue Glasses

Tardive dyskinesia symptoms are involuntary, repetitive body movements which have no meaning. These can be rapid, uncontrollable movement of the extremities, or movements like lip smacking, grimacing, tongue protrusion, rapid blinking of the eye, pursing and puckering of the lips. Severe involuntary movement of the extremities can be debilitating.

Dyskinesia and Blue Glasses or Blue Tinted Lenses

Amazingly, simply looking through the color blue may help relieve the symptoms of dyskinesia. Watch this YouTube video of a man with severe involuntary movement. He can hardly sit in a chair without falling out of it and has difficulty walking. But simply looking through a sheet of blue plastic or wearing blue tinted glasses relieves the symptoms to a great degree. He can even walk normally.

Watch this dyskinesia YouTube video to see it for yourself.
